Examples of Excess CAP Water in a sentence

  • If the modification results in a decrease in Excess CAP Water available for storage for interstate banking, AWBA will notify SNWA and CRCN in writing of such a modification, the reasons for the decrease in storage, the data upon which such determination was based, and the revised amount of water that AWBA will store for SNWA during the Year.
