Excess Cash Flow Date definition
Excess Cash Flow Date means the last day of each Cash Sweep Period; and
Excess Cash Flow Date has the meaning given in Clause 8.14means, in relation to the Borrowers’ Ships or, as the case may be, the Tasman Ships, the last day of each relevant Cash Sweep Period;
