Excess Cash Threshold definition

Excess Cash Threshold means, as of the date of any determination, the amount that is equal to the greater of (a) 10% of the then-effective Borrowing Base and (b) $50,000,000.
Excess Cash Threshold means, at any time, an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Aggregate Elected Revolving Commitment Amount at such time.

  • If on the last day of any fiscal quarter, the Consolidated Cash Balance of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries exceeds the Excess Cash Threshold, then no later than the third Business Day following such last day of such fiscal quarter, the Borrower shall (i) prepay the Loans in an aggregate principal amount equal to such excess and (ii) if any excess remains after prepaying all of the Loans as a result of any Letter of Credit Exposure, Cash Collateralize such excess as provided in Section 3.8.
