Excess Debt Amount definition
Excess Debt Amount has the meaning specified in Section 1.05(i).
Excess Debt Amount. “Excess Debt Amount” means the amount, if any, by which the Closing Debt Amount exceeds the Estimated Debt Amount, subject to a maximum of $494,349.10.
Excess Debt Amount means the difference of (a) the Adjusted Assumed Indebtedness minus (b) $490,000,000.

Excess Debt Amount means the amount equal to Loan Repayment Amount less the Target Debt Amount, provided, that, if such amount is a negative number, the Excess Debt Amount shall be deemed to be zero.
