Excess Interest Amounts definition

Excess Interest Amounts means, with respect to Series 2019-A, for any Payment Date, the excess (if any) of (i) the Series 2019-A Investor Available Interest Amounts for such Payment Date over (ii) the full amount required to be paid, without duplication, pursuant to clauses (i) through (vi) of Section 4.04(a) on such Payment Date.
Excess Interest Amounts means, with respect to Series 20[ ]-[ ], for any Payment Date, the excess (if any) of (i) the Series 20[ ]-[ ] Investor Available Interest Amounts for such Payment Date over (ii) the full amount required to be paid, without duplication, pursuant to clauses (i) through (vi) of Section 4.04(a) on such Payment Date.
Excess Interest Amounts has the meaning specified in Section 16.05(b)(vi)(A)(4) of this Agreement.

  • If no Trigger Event is in effect, or if (x) prior to the Stepdown Date and (y) cumulative collateral losses for loan group 1 are less than [2.75%] of the Maximum Pool balance for loan group 1, Monthly Excess Interest Amounts allocable to the Class A-1 and Class A-2Certificates will be paid on a pro-rata basis.

Related to Excess Interest Amounts

  • Excess Interest Amount means, on any date, the amount by which (i) the amount of all interest which would have accrued prior to such date on the principal of this Note, had the applicable Contract Rate at all times been in effect without limitation by the Maximum Rate, exceeds (ii) the aggregate amount of interest accrued on this Note on or prior to such date as limited by the Maximum Rate.

  • Monthly Excess Interest Amount With respect to each Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the Interest Funds for such Distribution Date exceeds the aggregate amount distributed on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.04(b) (other than the last clause thereof).

  • Monthly Excess Interest As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (A) the Interest Remittance Amount remaining after the application of payments pursuant to clauses A. through F. of Section 4.02(b)(i) plus (B) the Principal Payment Amount remaining after the application of payments pursuant to clauses A. through E. of Section 4.02(b)(ii) or (iii).

  • Certificate Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Certificate Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Certificate Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.
