Excess Mileage Charge definition
Excess Mileage Charge means a charge as set out in to the Key Financial Information on page 1 of this agreement for each mile you travel in the Vehicle that exceeds the Inclusive Mileage Allowance applicable to the Hire Period. See clause 5.1 and the Tariff Guide.
Excess Mileage Charge. Means the excess mileage charge (if any) as specified (as appropriate) in a Lease Contract.
Excess Mileage Charge means the sum payable at the end of the Variation Term to compensate for mileage driven in excess of the mileage selected by the employee at the outset of the Variation Term.

The Schedule of Goods on page 3 will set out the Permitted Maximum Kilometres and the Excess Mileage Charge Rate.

Excess Mileage Charge charges that You are liable for based on the number of miles the Hire Vehicle has covered over the amount stipulated in the Rental Agreement. Excess Mileage Charges are calculated at the end of the Rental Period on a ▇▇▇▇▇- per-mile basis.
