Examples of Excess Number in a sentence

  • The “Proportionate Number” as of any date shall be the number determined by multiplying the Section 5(b)(i) Excess Number or Section 5(b)(ii) Excess Number (whichever is applicable) as of such date by a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate number of 2009-2011 Deferred Share Units as of such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Related Outstanding Deferred Share Units as of such date.

  • If the award is still held at the time of recovery, the Excess Compensation will be recovered by reducing the number of shares underlying the award by the Excess Number.

  • However, if the total number of shares that are subject to the award at the time of recovery is less than the Excess Number, then first, all of the shares subject to the award will be forfeited and second, the remaining Excess Number of shares not recoverable by such forfeiture will be recovered as follows.

  • CAS number means the Chemical Abstract Service registry number identifying a particular substance.

  • DUNS Number means a unique nine digit identification number provided by Dun & Bradstreet for each physical location of Grantee’s organization. Assignment of a DUNS Number is mandatory for all organizations seeking an Award from the state of Illinois.

  • Item number means the unique number attached to each professional service contained in the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS). Each item number has a set benefit. For more information see MBS Online.

  • Charge Number means the CCS signaling parameter that refers to the number transmitted through the network identifying the billing number of the calling Party.

  • Maximum Number means that number of directors constituting the greater of (x) two and (y) 20% of the total number of directors of the Corporation on the last day on which a Nomination Notice may be submitted pursuant to this Section 3.11 (rounded down to the nearest whole number), which number shall be reduced as set forth in Section 3.11.c.i.

  • Location Routing Number (LRN means the ten (10) digit number that is assigned to the network switching elements (Central Office–Host and Remotes as required) for the routing of calls in the network. The first six (6) digits of the LRN will be one of the assigned NPA NXX of the switching element.   • Index Number means the Consumer Price Index (Sydney all groups) published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics from time to time.

  • Serial number within the part, lot, or batch number means a combination of numbers or letters assigned by the enterprise to an item that provides for the differentiation of that item from any other like item within a part, lot, or batch number assignment.
