Excess Packet Loss definition

Excess Packet Loss means packet loss in excess of one percent (1%) between any two points within Exodus' U.S. network.
Excess Packet Loss means that one or more of the TW Companies each experiences sustained packet loss in excess of one percent (1%) between any two points on the AOL Network for thirty (30) minutes or more.
Excess Packet Loss means a Packet Loss in excess of one half of one percent (0.5%) for a calendar month within the Shared Network, excluding Excusable Downtime.

Examples of Excess Packet Loss in a sentence

  • If Switch fails to remedy such Excess Packet Loss within two (2) hours of being notified of any Excess Packet Loss on the Switch Network and average Packet Loss for the preceding thirty (30) days exceeds 0.1%.

  • AboveNet will not apply a credit under Section 9.2 for any Excess Packet Loss or Latency for which Customer received a credit under Section 9.3. AboveNet will only apply a credit to the month in which the incident occurred.

  • Switch will issue Service Credits to Customer’s account for the period commencing at the time of receipt notification from Customer until the average Packet Loss for the preceding thirty (30) days is less than 0.1% provided that in no event shall the Service Credits exceed 100% of the Switch Network Access Fees for the calendar month in which the Excess Packet Loss occurs.

  • As an example, if one (1) event causes both Latency and Excess Packet Loss deficiencies, only one credit shall be afforded to the Customer.

  • AboveNet will not apply a credit under Section 9.2 for any Excess Packet Loss or Latency for which Customer received a credit under Section 9.3. AboveNet will only apply a credit to the month in which the Incident occurred.

  • CCC will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize Excess Packet Loss and Latency and to avoid Downtime.

  • DWNI will never apply a credit under Section 7.2 for any Excess Packet Loss or Latency for which Customer received a credit under Section 7.3. Sections 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4 above state Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for any and all failures by DWNI to provide Services or adequate Service levels under this Agreement or otherwise, including but not limited to any outages or Network congestion.

  • After being notified of any Excess Packet Loss or Latency on the TOWARDEX Network, if TOWARDEX fails to remedy such Excess Packet Loss or Latency within two (2) hours of notice or otherwise becoming aware of Excess Packet Loss or Latency, TOWARDEX will credit Customer's account the pro-rata monthly charges (based upon the number of hours of Excess Packet Loss or Latency that exceeds the initial two (2) hours) for such continuous Excess Packet Loss or Latency.

  • MFN will not apply a credit under Section 2 for any Excess Packet Loss or Latency for which Customer received a credit under Section 3.

  • If NET ALLCORRECT S.A.S. fails to remedy such Excess Packet Loss within two (2) hours of being notified of any Excess Packet Loss on the NET ALLCORRECT S.A.S. Network and average Packet Loss for the preceding thirty (30) days exceeds 0.1%.

Excess Packet Loss means packet loss in excess of one percent (1%) between any two points within Dominion Technology Partners's U.S. network.
Excess Packet Loss and/or “Latency” shall be defined as follows: (a) Packet Loss is measured as the percentage of lost packets, averaged over a thirty (30) day month (720 hour) period, from IP POP to IP POP; (b) Latency is measured as the round trip time, averaged over a thirty (30) day month (720 hour) period, for an IP packet to travel from core IP POP to IP POP.
