Excess Reserves definition

Excess Reserves means the amount of a subdivision's public moneys that exceed the average of a subdivision's annual operating expenses in the immediately preceding three fiscal years.
Excess Reserves has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 3.02(b).
Excess Reserves means, with respect to each Calculation Period, the amount by which the aggregate Reserve Amounts exceed the Reserve Cap.
