Within thirty (30) days after notice from Seller of such quantities of quarterly excess throughput for such quarter, Buyer shall pay Seller an amount equal to the Quarterly Excess Throughput Fee.

To the extent that the Excess Throughput Fee for any Contract Year does not equal the sum of the Quarterly Excess Throughput Fee for each such quarter of such Contract Year (such difference in fees, the "Fee Difference"'), the Party possessing the Fee Difference promptly shall pay such Fee Difference to the other Party.
The Excess Throughput Fee shall be charged on a per Gallon basis measured at the redelivery point and, except for the Marine Docks, butane blending, ethanol denaturing, and Unit Train Ethanol Receipts, is inclusive of all Services provided hereunder, including additization, renewable fuel blending and Transmix handling.
