Exchange Agents definition

Exchange Agents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a) hereof.
Exchange Agents means the Persons serving as exchange agents pursuant to Section 8.10(a) hereof for the distribution of property under the Plan.

  • The Trust may appoint the Registrar, the Paying Agent and the Exchange Agent and may appoint one or more co-registrars, one or more additional paying agents and one or more additional Exchange Agents in such other locations as it shall determine.
