Exchange Loan definition

Exchange Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Exchange Loan means a loan from the Borrower or a Top Tier Guarantor to FIG Corp. for the purpose of facilitating an exchange by the Principals of equity in the Top Tier Guarantors for equity in Public FIG.
Exchange Loan is a loan to the EAT, from the Exchange Owner or the Exchange Owner Affiliate, in an amount which, when added to the proceeds of the Loan, will allow the EAT to cause the Borrower to acquire the Mortgaged Property in connection with the Reverse Tax-Deferred Exchange.
