Exchange Note Interest Rate definition

Exchange Note Interest Rate has the meaning stated in Section 2.2(a)(vi) of the Exchange Note Supplement.
Exchange Note Interest Rate means, with respect to any Exchange Note and any Interest Period, the fixed rate or floating rate specified in the related Exchange Note Supplement.
Exchange Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 1.52%.

Examples of Exchange Note Interest Rate in a sentence

  • Each Exchange Note will accrue interest on its Exchange Note Balance for each Exchange Note Interest Period until the Exchange Note Balance has been paid in full at a rate per annum equal to its Exchange Note Interest Rate for that Exchange Note Interest Period.

  • The Exchange Note Interest Rate on any Exchange Note will be calculated in the manner set forth in the related Exchange Note Supplement.
