Exchange Order definition

Exchange Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b) of the Participants Agreement.
Exchange Order means an Order to sell FSF Units on the NZSX for a client on the basis that the client’s obligation to deliver FSF Units to the Trading Participant will be met by the delivery of FSM Shares;
Exchange Order has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(a) of this Trust Agreement.

  • If “application advice” is enabled pursuant to a Data Exchange Order Form for EDI, upon receipt of any data by UPS which contains invalid or missing data elements, UPS shall transmit application advice in return.

  • The Exchange Order Form shall not be required if such Exchange Order is conducted through the electronic facilities of the Administrative Agent; provided, however, that the Administrative Agent, in its sole discretion, may require the use of the Exchange Order Form for any reason as an alternative for its electronic facilities.

  • If the Customer loses or damages a Unit whilst in its care, custody or control, it shall be responsible for either the cost of the Repair (if the unit is BER) or shall pay the replacement value (as defined in the Exchange Order) if the Unit has to be replaced.

  • A form of an Exchange Order is attached hereto as EXHIBIT D (the "Exchange Order Form").

Exchange Order means a document issued by any Carrier’s Office in exchange for which a Ticket shall be issued to the person named therein.

The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.
