Exchange Value definition

Exchange Value is the adjusted appraised value of the Property which takes into consideration various factors to balance the business value of the Property within its present ownership structure.
Exchange Value means the final exchange value determined in accordance with the valuation described in the Prospectus/Consent Solicitation Statement included in the registration statement on Form S-4 for the Company, as the same may be amended or supplemented.
Exchange Value means the appraised value of a CPA Partnership.

Examples of Exchange Value in a sentence

  • Buyer specifically agrees that Seller is not responsible for repairing such reasonable wear and tear and that Buyer is prohibited from raising such wear and tear as a reason for not consummating this transaction or for requesting a reduction in the Exchange Value.

More Definitions of Exchange Value

Exchange Value means, for each share of Designated Preferred Stock, an amount equal to $260.
