Exchangeable Bearer Note definition

Exchangeable Bearer Note means a Bearer Note that is exchangeable in accordance with its terms for a Registered Note;

Examples of Exchangeable Bearer Note in a sentence

  • An Exchangeable Bearer Note called for redemption may, however, be exchanged for one or more Registered Note(s) in respect of which the Certificate is simultaneously surrendered not later than the relevant Record Date.

  • Where, however, an Exchangeable Bearer Note is surrendered for exchange after the Record Date (as defined in Condition 8(b)(2)) for any payment of interest, the Coupon in respect of that payment of interest need not be surrendered with it.

  • Bearer Security means any Security established pursuant to Section 201 which is payable to bearer.
