Exchangeable Debentures Indenture definition

Exchangeable Debentures Indenture means the indenture governing the Exchangeable Debentures.
Exchangeable Debentures Indenture means the indenture, as amended or supplemented from time to time, dated May 12, 2003 between the Company, the guarantors named therein and The Bank of New York, as trustee.
Exchangeable Debentures Indenture means that certain Indenture, dated as of June 13, 2017, between the Company and U.S. Bank National Association, as in effect on the date hereof.
