Exchangeable Stock definition

Exchangeable Stock means any Capital Stock which is exchangeable or convertible into another security (other than Capital Stock of the Company which is neither Exchangeable Stock nor Redeemable Stock).
Exchangeable Stock means any Capital Stock of a corporation that is exchangeable or convertible into another security (other than Capital Stock of such corporation that is neither Exchangeable Stock or Redeemable Stock).

Exchangeable Stock means any Capital Stock which by its terms is exchangeable or convertible at the option of any Person other than the Company into another security (other than Capital Stock of the Company which is neither Exchangeable Stock nor Redeemable Stock).
