Excluded Issuer means (i) Delta Air Lines, Inc. and Pan American World Airways, Inc., GMBH, (ii) Guardant, Inc., (iii) Delta Air Technology, Ltd., (iv) Aero Assurance Ltd. and (v) New Sky, Ltd.
