Excluded Net Sales definition
Excluded Net Sales means Net Sales of Branded Products sold by Gilead or its Affiliates or Sublicensees for distribution solely within Access Group A Countries and Net Sales of Generic Versions under Generic Licenses in the Generic Territory.
