Excluded Scheduled Interest Amounts definition
Excluded Scheduled Interest Amounts has the meaning given to it in the definition of “Scheduled Interest”;
Excluded Scheduled Interest Amounts payable by the Issuer following an Issuer Event of Default but including such amounts (whenever the same arose) following service of a Guarantor LP Acceleration Notice) as if the Covered Bonds had not become due and repayable prior to their maturity date and, if the Final Terms specified that an Extended Due for Payment Date is applicable to the relevant Covered Bonds, as if the Final Maturity Date of the Covered Bonds had been the Extended Due for Payment Date (but taking into account any principal repaid in respect of such Covered Bonds or any Guaranteed Amounts paid in respect of such principal prior to the Extended Due for Payment Date), less any additional amounts the Issuer would be obliged to pay as a result of any gross-up in respect of any withholding or deduction made under the circumstances set out in Condition 8.01 (Taxation);
