Excluded Target List definition

Excluded Target List has the meaning given in paragraph 2.3 of Schedule 1.
Excluded Target List is defined in Section 3.3.2(c) (Reserved Targets and Target Availability Request).
Excluded Target List means the list provided from time to time by Alpine to the Gatekeeper listing Targets for which there is a Conflict.

Examples of Excluded Target List in a sentence

  • In each circumstance where BMS notifies CytomX of its desire to designate a Target as the subject of a Substitute Target or Additional Target, CytomX shall provide the target Reviewer with an updated Excluded Target List prior to BMS proposing such new Target to the Target Reviewer.

Excluded Target List is defined in Section 2.5.2 (Excluded Targets List).

Related to Excluded Target List

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Acquisition Target means any Person becoming a Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; any Person that is merged into or consolidated with the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof; or any Person with respect to which all or a substantial part of that Person’s assets are acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company after the date hereof.

  • Exempt compound means the same as defined in Rule 2.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Valid write-in candidate means a candidate who has qualified as a write-in

  • Product Candidate means any pharmaceutical product developed, manufactured and/or tested by or on behalf of the Company that has not received a Regulatory Authorization for commercial distribution other than in connection with pre-clinical or clinical trials.

  • Program Patents has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Collaboration Patents means any and all Patents that claim or cover any of the Collaboration Know-How.

  • Program Patent Rights means any Patent Rights that contain one or more claims that cover Program Inventions.

  • Lead Compound means any compound of lead other than galena which, when treated in the manner described below, yields to an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid a quantity soluble lead compound exceeding, when calculated as lead monoxide, five percent of the dry weight of the portion taken analysis.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Collaboration Patent Rights means Patent Rights claiming Collaboration Know-How.

  • Replacement Candidate means any Candidate Introduced by the Agency to the Client to fill the Engagement following the Introduction of another Candidate whose Engagement either did not commence or was terminated during the first 12 weeks of the Engagement;

  • Removed Components means components of the Project or portions thereof which the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate in its sole discretion, elects to remove from the Project pursuant to Section 4.04 hereof or as a result of any Condemnation Event.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 81.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Sanctions Target means any Person: (a) that is the subject or target of any Sanctions; (b) named in any Sanctions-related list maintained by OFAC, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce or the U.S. Department of the Treasury, including the OFAC list of “Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons;” (c) operating, organized or resident in a Sanctioned Jurisdiction; or (d) owned or controlled by any such Person or Persons described in the foregoing clauses (a)-(c).

  • X-ray field means that area of the intersection of the useful beam and any one of the set of planes parallel to and including the plane of the image receptor, whose perimeter is the locus of points at which the exposure rate is one-fourth of the maximum in the intersection.
