Exclusive Account definition

Exclusive Account means an Authorized Account at which Ciena has obtained exclusive rights to promote, market, sell and support the Products including software and service contracts, either as set forth in Exhibit B or as appointed in accordance with the procedure set forth in Exhibit B.

Examples of Exclusive Account in a sentence

  • The parties may designate an Account as an Exclusive Account after the Effective Date of this Agreement in accordance with the following authorization procedure.

  • ASW shall be required to renew the registration of each Exclusive Account registered every 180 days by following the same process set out above.

  • If Supplier disapproves the Request for Exclusive Account, Supplier shall provide Ciena written, detailed reasons for the disapproval.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, Ciena shall have the right to submit a written request (the “Request for Exclusive Account”) to Supplier for authorization to establish a particular Account as an Exclusive Account.
