Build and Custom Housebuilding Plots definition
Build and Custom Housebuilding Plots means those parts of the Site to be provided pursuant to the provisions of Schedule 4 of this Deed to enable construction of 9% (or such other percentage or number as is agreed in writing between the Owner and the Council) of the Dwellings as Self-Build and / or Custom Housebuilding and “Self-Build and Custom Housebuilding Plot” shall be construed accordingly
