Exclusive Solicitation Period definition
Exclusive Solicitation Period means the exclusive period during which a debtor may obtain acceptances of a chapter 11 plan filed during an Exclusive Filing Period, as contemplated by section 1121(c)(3) of the Bankruptcy Code and as may be extended pursuant to section 1121(d) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Exclusive Solicitation Period means the 180-day period following the commencement of a Bankruptcy Case, as may be extended by Court Order.
