Exclusivity Start Date definition

Exclusivity Start Date means the date on which the obligations in Section 4.b(i) of this Addendum begin applying to each of the Covered Zynga Services, as such dates or the process for determining such dates are set forth in Exhibit B or Section 4.b(i) of this Addendum.

Examples of Exclusivity Start Date in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 4.a, this exclusivity obligation will commence with respect to each of the Covered Zynga Services set forth in Exhibit B on the Exclusivity Start Date set forth therein and will continue for the remainder of the Term for so long as such Covered Zynga Service remains a Covered Zynga Service.

  • License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.
