Execution Criteria definition

Execution Criteria means those factors highlighted in Section 7 (Execution Criteria) of this Order Execution Policy;
Execution Criteria means those factors listed in Section 5 of this document. ‘Execution Factors’ means those factors listed in Section 4 of this document. ‘Execution Venue’ means a third party market maker.
Execution Criteria when used hereinafter, unless the context requires otherwise, shall mean those factors listed in paragraph 5 of this Policy. “Multilateral Trading Facility (“MTF”)”, when used hereinafter, unless the context requires otherwise, shall mean a multilateral system, operated by an investment firm or a market operator, which brings together multiple third party buying and selling interest in Financial Instruments and in a way that results in a contract in accordance with MiFID.

Examples of Execution Criteria in a sentence

  • Having assessed the relevant Execution Factors and Execution Criteria, and in consideration of any specific instructions provided by the Client, we will select the most appropriate Execution Venue to achieve consistently the best overall result on the Client’s behalf.
