Executive Agencies definition

Executive Agencies means all state departments, offices or institutions but, for the purposes of this Contract, such definition excludes the State University of New York (SUNY) and the City University of New York (CUNY). Furthermore, such term shall not include the legislature and the judiciary organizations. For the sake of clarity, the termExecutive Agency” does not include any public benefit corporation, public authority, or local government entity.
