Executive branch lobbyist definition

Executive branch lobbyist means an individual who is registered as a lobbyist with the board or is an “executive branch lobbyist” as defined in rule 351—8.2(68B).
Executive branch lobbyist means any individual who is employed and receives payment, or who contracts for financial consideration, exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) in any registration year, for the purpose of engaging in executive branch lobbying activity. The term does not include any of the following:
