Under the Employer’s Executive Incentive Compensation Plan, Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus based on performance as defined by the Board of Directors.

The Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus under the Company’s Executive Incentive Compensation Plan (or such other applicable plan or program adopted by the Company) (the “Bonus Plan”).
