Executive Level Representative definition

Executive Level Representative or “ELR” means the individual designated and empowered with the authority to represent and make decisions on behalf of Procuring Agency or the Representative of the Executive Level Representative.

  • Contractor may only make changes or revisions within the Scope of Work as defined by Article 2 and Exhibit A after receipt of written approval by the Executive Level Representative.

  • If the Deliverable is deemed unacceptable under Quality Assurance, fifteen (15) Business Days from the date the Executive Level Representative receives the Deliverable(s) and accompanying Payment Invoice, the Executive Level Representative will send a consolidated set of comments indicating issues, unacceptable items, and/or requested revisions accompanying the rejection.

  • Unless the Executive Level Representative gives notice of rejection within the fifteen (15) Business Day Acceptance period, the Deliverable will be deemed to have been Accepted.

  • The Contractor further warrants that the software provided under this Agreement will meet the applicable specifications for [INSERT # of years - recommend 6mo.-2yrs.] years after Acceptance by the Executive Level Representative and implementation by the Procuring Agency.

  • All decisions made by the Executive Level Representative are final.

  • Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.
