Executive Materials definition
Executive Materials means any materials (including products, inventions, research, software, formulae, databases, instructions, manuals, brochures, designs, documents, models, drawings and reports) developed, written, prepared, devised or discovered by you during the course of your employment by the Company;
Executive Materials has the meaning ascribed to it in section "5.7" hereinbelow;
