Exemption Application definition

Exemption Application means the application filed by SAPIA in terms of section 10 of the Competition Act, on 28 October 2020;
Exemption Application means the application for an exemptive order under 4(c)(6) of the CEA filed by SPP on October 17, 2013, as amended August 1, 2014.

Exemption Application has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 3.45 of this Agreement; “FCPA” has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 3.74 of this Agreement;
