Exercisability Period definition

Exercisability Period means, with respect to any Warrant, the six-day period from and including the 17th through the 22nd day of each February, May, September and November (to the extent such dates are business days in New York City and in the City of Buenos Aires), commencing with such period from and including May 17 through to May 22, 2008 and expiring on the Expiration Date.
Exercisability Period means the period of time beginning on the Issue Date and ending on October 7, 2039.
Exercisability Period shall refer to the period commencing on __________________________(the "Commencement Date") and continuing until 30 calendar days after the later of (i) the date that the Registration Statement referred to in Section 8 above is declared effective by the SEC or (ii) Commencement Date.

  • Extended benefit period means a period which:

  • Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.
