Exercise Notice definition

Exercise Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(1);

Exercise Notice means the notice respecting the exercise of an Option, in the form set out as Schedule “B” hereto, duly executed by the Option Holder;

Exercise Notice shall have the meaning prescribed to such term in Article 3.7 hereof.

• It is expressly understood and agreed that the time of execution specified by the Holder in each Exercise Notice shall be definitive and may not be disputed or challenged by the Company.

• Execution and delivery of an Exercise Notice with respect to less than all of the Warrant Shares shall have the same effect as cancellation of the original of this Warrant and issuance of a new Warrant evidencing the right to purchase the remaining number of Warrant Shares.
