This is an Exercise Notice referred to in clause 33.2 (Exercise of Call Option) of the Mortgage Sale Agreement.
The Warrantholder may exercise its Subscription Rights in whole or in part and on any number of occasions by lodging a duly completed Exercise Notice, together with the relevant Certificate (or an indemnity in place thereof in a form acceptable to the Board), with the Company.
Once lodged with the Company, an Exercise Notice shall be irrevocable save with the consent of the Board.
If no Tag-Along Exercise Notice is submitted until the expiry of the exercise period, the Tag-Along Right of that Shareholder shall be deemed to have been forfeited (verwirkt; périmé) with respect to this Tag-Along Event.
