  • Any reporting party identified on Exhibit T shall promptly notify the Depositor and the Servicer (if the notifying party is not the Servicer), but in no event later than one (1) Business Day after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event of which it has actual knowledge.

  • In the event of a Principal Prepayment in full or in part with respect to any Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee an Officer's Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit T no later than the third Business Day following the immediately succeeding Determination Date with a copy to the Class P Certificateholders.

  • In addition, it incorporates as Exhibit T, “HUC 14s on NJDEP Impaired Waters List,” as duplicated from the ERI.

  • Each Form 10-K shall include a certification (the “Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification”), as set forth in Exhibit T attached hereto, required to be included therewith pursuant to the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.

  • Xxxxx Fargo, in its capacity as the Trust Administrator only, has no duty under this Agreement to monitor or enforce the performance by the parties listed on Exhibit T of their duties under this paragraph or proactively solicit or procure from such parties any Additional Form 10-D Disclosure information.

  • The Company will instruct the Transfer Agent of the Common Stock, by delivering instructions in the form of Exhibit T hereto, to issue certificates, registered in the name of each Investor or its nominee, for the Put Shares and Warrant Shares in such amounts as specified from time to time by the Company upon any exercise by the Company of a Put and/or exercise of the Warrants by the holder thereof.
