Exhibition Day definition

Exhibition Day means with respect to each Picture and each channel of the STE Pay Television Services a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours during which such Picture may be exhibited up to three (3) times, provided, that only one exhibition per Exhibition Day may commence between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. and in no event shall two exhibitions in an Exhibition Day be scheduled on a back-to-back basis. Exhibitions on separate channels of the STE Pay Television Services shall count as separate Exhibition Days. The following shall not be counted as incremental Exhibition Days:
Exhibition Day means the consecutive twenty-four (24) hour period commencing on each calendar day at 6:00 a.m.1113 until 5:59 a.m. the next day, local time. Any exhibition of any Program which begins during an Exhibition Day shall be deemed to be completed on that Exhibition Day. During the License Period with respect to each Program, such Program shall be exhibited by Licensee for no more than the Maximum Permitted Number of Exhibitions or, if applicable, on no more than the Maximum Permitted Number of Exhibition Days for no more than the Maximum Permitted Number of Exhibitions per Exhibition Day, as specified on the Television License Agreement or the attached schedules.
Exhibition Day means, in relation to Pay Television, any number of Broadcasts of a Program during a sequential twenty-four (24) hour period, commencing from the first Broadcast of the Program.

Examples of Exhibition Day in a sentence

More Definitions of Exhibition Day

Exhibition Day means any 24-hour period during which the Program is exhibited by means of Non-Standard Television one or more times at the location and on the program service in question.
Exhibition Day means a 24- hour period, commencing at 6:00 a.m. local time, during which the Program is exhibited at least one (1) time but no more than two (2) times. The parties agree that two (2) exhibitions within such 24-hour period shall be deemed one (1) Exhibition Day. The “License Period” for each Program shall commence on the applicable Start Date(s) set forth in Schedule 1 and end on the earlier of (a) the applicable End Date(s) set forth in Schedule 1 or (b) the last permitted exhibition thereof. A single License Period may be split into two or more separate time periods, as set forth on Schedule 1. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensor shall, upon no less than ninety (90) days prior written notice to Licensee, have the right to carve out an exclusive window to interrupt the License Period for any Program for a window for a Subscription Pay Television Service (“Licensor Window”) of not more than sixteen (16) months. During the Licensor Window, Licensor shall have the right to exploit the Program by means of Subscription Pay Television, and Licensee shall have no right to exploit the Program. The License Period for any Program for which a Licensor Window is established shall be extended by the duration of the Licensor Window.
