Exhibition Items definition

Exhibition Items means any goods or products, exhibition boards and relevant promotion materials to be exhibited, used, distributed, sold or provided at or in relation to the Exhibition.
Exhibition Items means items listed in Appendix A, including the Objects and the Materials;

Examples of Exhibition Items in a sentence

  • Until all Exhibition Items have been removed from the Venue, the Hirer is still required to comply with the conditions laid out in Appendix B.

  • If this occurs, the Organiser may, at its discretion, require the Exhibition Items to be returned to the Organiser's or Lender’s (as applicable) required return location.

  • From that point on, the Hirer will be responsible for the Exhibition Items until they are delivered to the Subsequent Venue or to another location specified by the Organiser and/or other Lenders.

  • The Hirer must sign a receipt provided by the Organiser for all the Exhibition Items.

Related to Exhibition Items

  • Items means the finished goods or services which are intended for export from the United States, either directly or as an Indirect Export, meet the U.S. Content requirements in accordance with Section 2.01(b)(ii) of this Agreement and are specified in Section 4.A. of the Loan Authorization Agreement.

  • Unique item identifier type means a designator to indicate which method of uniquely identifying a part has been used. The current list of accepted unique item identifier types is maintained at http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/pdi/uid/uii_types.html.

  • Unique item identifier means a set of data elements marked on items that is globally unique and unambiguous. The term includes a concatenated unique item identifier or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.

  • Punchlist Items means any items necessary at the time of the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy to complete fully the renovation of the Project Facilities in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for the Project Facilities, or required for the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy or its equivalent.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.
