  • Until payment is made of all fines, fees, charges and/or Exhibitor Monies the Exhibitor is prohibited from exhibiting on the Showground.

  • Cheques in payment of Exhibitor Monies are to be made payable to “Bath and West Shows Ltd”.

  • Where the Exhibitor withdraws from the Show or cancels the Trade Stand reserved, the Exhibitor Monies shall be forfeited and all outstanding Exhibitor Monies will become due and the Organiser reserves the right to re-let the Trade Stand without refund to the Exhibitor.

  • In the event that the Exhibitor fails to do this they will not be allowed to participate in the Show nor will they be entitled to a refund of the Exhibitor Monies.
