EXIM Maturity Date definition

EXIM Maturity Date means the earliest of (i) the Maturity Date under the Domestic Loan Documents, or (ii) January 15, 2001." and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
EXIM Maturity Date means March 31, 2012.
EXIM Maturity Date means November 15, 2014.
