In connection with the extension of the Scheduled Maturity Date, the Borrower, Lender and each extending Closing Date Participant may make such amendments to this Agreement as Lender reasonably determines to be necessary to evidence the extension.
Any Credit Party’s election to extend the Scheduled Maturity Date shall not obligate any other Credit Party to agree to such extension.
Each Credit Party may, in its sole and absolute discretion, upon receipt of notice from the Borrower to Lender (who shall promptly notify the other Credit Parties) not earlier than 45 days and not later than 35 days prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date then in effect hereunder (the “Existing Maturity Date”), agree to extend the Scheduled Maturity Date for up to an additional six months from the Existing Maturity Date.
