Existing 2009 Senior Notes Indenture definition
Existing 2009 Senior Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of July 15, 1993, among the U.S. Borrower, any U.S. Subsidiary Guarantors from time to time party thereto and the trustee therefor, as in effect on the Restatement Effective Date and as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
