Existing 2016 Term Loan Facility definition
Existing 2016 Term Loan Facility means the term loan facility provided to Borrower by various lenders and KeyBank National Association, as administrative agent, pursuant to that certain Loan Agreement dated as of April 26, 2016, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Loan Agreement dated July 15, 2016, and various documents and instruments executed in connection therewith, as all of the foregoing have been and may hereafter be amended.
