Existing Commitment definition

Existing Commitment shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.17.

Existing Commitment as defined in subsection 2.7(a).

Examples of Existing Commitment in a sentence

• Any Extended Commitments of any Extension Series shall constitute a separate Class of revolving credit commitments from Existing Commitments of the Specified Existing Commitment Class and from any other Existing Commitments (together with any other Extended Commitments so established on such date).

• Check only one of the following: x The undersigned is a Bank with an Existing Commitment and consents to this Amendment with respect to the full amount of its Existing Commitment.

• All Loans and all Borrowings, including with respect to their respective Interest Periods, under the Existing Credit Agreement, if any, are listed on the Existing Commitment Schedule, that are outstanding on the Amendment Effective Date shall become Loans and Borrowings with the same Interest Period under this Agreement.

• The Existing Termination Date shall be extended only if Banks holding Commitments (not including the newly undertaken commitments of the Additional Banks) that aggregate more than 50% of the aggregate amount of the Commitments (not including the commitments of the Additional Banks) shall have agreed to extend the Existing Commitment Termination Date.

• Borrower may, by notice to Administrative Agent (which shall promptly deliver a copy to each of the Lenders) given at least thirty (30) days and not more than ninety (90) days prior to the then Revolving Credit Termination Date (the “Existing Commitment Termination Date”), request that Lenders extend the Existing Commitment Termination Date for one additional one-year period.

More Definitions of Existing Commitment

Existing Commitment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.26(a).

Existing Commitment means the Commitment (as such term is defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) of an Existing Lender under and pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement.

Existing Commitment means, with respect to a Class of Commitments, the Commitments of such Class at the time a Loan Extension Request is made.

Existing Commitment means, for each Existing Lender, all of such Existing Lender's rights in and to, and all of its obligations under, the Commitment (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) held by it under the Existing Credit Agreement as of the Effective Date.

Existing Commitment of any Lender means the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name as its “Existing Commitment” on Schedule 1.1A hereto, as such amounts may be modified as a result of an assignment hereunder, or as a result of a reduction pursuant to Section 2.3.

Existing Commitment. With respect to (A) each Series of Warehouse Notes (i) prior to its Conversion Date, the aggregate Initial Commitment to issue Notes, consisting of one or more classes, expressed as a dollar amount, as set forth in the related Supplement and subject to reduction from time to time in accordance with the related Supplement, and (ii) after its Conversion Date, the then unpaid principal balance of the Notes of such Series, and (B) each Series of Term Notes, the then unpaid principal balance of the Notes of such Series.

Existing Commitment means, with respect to each Bank, the amount, if any, of such Bank's "Commitment" (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement) immediately prior to the Closing Date.
