Existing Competing Projects definition

Existing Competing Projects means the properties identified on Exhibit “C.” “Investment Company Act” means the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, or any successor federal statute thereto, and the rules and regulations of the SEC promulgated thereunder, all as the same shall be in effect from time to time.
