Existing Conversion Price definition

Existing Conversion Price means the applicable Conversion Price in effect immediately prior to such issue of Additional Shares of Common Stock; and
Existing Conversion Price means the CO Conversion Price in effect immediately prior to the issuance of the Additional Securities.
Existing Conversion Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(c)(iii) hereof.

Examples of Existing Conversion Price in a sentence

  • No adjustment in the conversion price shall be required if such adjustment is less than 1% of the then Existing Conversion Price; provided, however, that any adjustments which by reason of this Paragraph 4 (e) are not required to be made shall be carried forward and taken into account in any subsequent adjustment.
