Existing Credit Exposure definition

Existing Credit Exposure means, for the purpose of calculating the Available Commitment of any Rollover Lender as of any Advance Date, (i) such Lender’s Aggregate Existing Facility Advances on such date (after giving effect to the payments to be made in respect of the Existing Facility Advances under the Existing Credit Facility on such date) multiplied by (ii) the Rollover Percentage of such Lender (as set forth on Schedule II) as such existing credit exposure amount is set forth on Schedule III opposite such Lender’s name as of each Advance Date (as such Schedule III may be amended and restated from time to time as required pursuant to the terms of this Agreement).
Existing Credit Exposure means, for the purpose of calculating the Available Commitment of any Rollover Lender as of any Advance Date, (i) such Lender’s Aggregate Existing Facility Advances on such date (after giving effect to the payments to be made in respect of any Existing Facility Advances under such Existing Credit Facility (or the reduction of any Existing Facility Advances, in the case of the Revolving Credit Agreement) on such date) multiplied by (ii) the Rollover Percentage of such Lender (as set forth on Schedule II) as such existing credit exposure amount is set forth on Schedule III opposite such Lender’s name as of each Advance Date (as such Schedule III may be amended and restated from time to time as required pursuant to the terms of this Agreement).
