Notice of the acquisition of additional Existing Debt Obligations by a Consenting Creditor must be given to the Company within two (2) Business Days of such acquisition.
This Agreement shall in no way be construed to preclude any of the Consenting Creditors from purchasing additional Existing Debt Obligations; provided, that any such additional Existing Debt Obligations so acquired shall automatically be deemed to be subject to the terms of this Agreement and the restructuring election made, without further action.
