Existing Distributors means those third parties having an existing distribution arrangement with Manufacturer in countries in the Territory, the list of which third parties is set forth in Schedule 1.18. Schedule 1.18 further identifies any third parties having an existing distribution arrangement with Manufacturer in the Additional Countries.
