Examples of Existing Funds in a sentence

  • If the accounting is approved, such amount shall be deducted from the Existing Funds to be delivered by such Party prior to the Contribution Date.

  • Should the Closing Date for the Authority 2021 Bonds not occur as provided in Section 2, and such date is not extended by mutual agreement of the Parties in accordance with Section 2 of this Agreement, the City and the District shall each prepare an accounting of amounts deducted and approved by such Party from the Existing Funds pursuant to Section 3.2(A) through Section 3.2(E) above (the “Pre-Close Expenses”).

  • Any Existing Funds collected by the City and the District subsequent to the transfer of funds on the Contribution Date shall be paid by such Parties to the Authority, for transfer by the Authority to the Trustee on or prior to the Closing Date for application in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture.
